Marius Kempf advises German and international companies as well as their owners on all tax advisory and business issues.

He has extensive, long-standing practical experience in corporate and business law, M&A transactions and tax restructuring.
His expertise includes in particular the areas of private equity, inbound investment and the support during tax audits.

Marius Kempf is a graduate of Wiesbaden Business School with a dissertation on tax-optimized transfer of partnershipshares. He worked as a tax advisor for several years with the leading German and American law firms Noerr LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Stehen & Hamilton LLP. He previously provided tax advisory services for Ernst & Young in Frankfurt and Sydney with a focus on international tax law and transaction advisory. Mr. Kempf also holds a diploma inmediation (Freie Universität Berlin).
